One of the judges for the WM People’s Top Employer Awards 2023, Salma Shah, thinks that over the past year, there has been a shift from information to action.
More businesses are putting diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategies into practice, claims Shah. More companies than usual have hired her to train managers in coaching with a focus on D&I issues.
